Gayle Weinberg Kalmin concentrates her law practice in the area of post-foreclosure real estate litigation, residential and commercial real estate transactions, contract litigation and also serious personal injury litigation, most notably cases involving premises liability.

Gayle regularly represents and counsels clients who purchase real estate via judicial and sheriff sales and assists her clients with the process of obtaining Orders Approving Sales, defending or prosecuting any post-foreclosure litigation matters, clearing title, selling properties to bona fide third party purchasers after foreclosure and also with the issuance and recording of Judicial Sales Deeds and Sheriff Sales Deeds.

In addition, Gayle has successfully defeated many substantive motions filed by Defendants trying to vacate judicial sales or judgments of foreclosure.

Gayle has been a sole practitioner since 1997 and has always been a strong advocate for her clients. She is extremely honest, forthright, responsive and has a high degree of integrity and grit.

Gayle is the proud mother of two young children and a step-mother to two older children.
